It’s getting real
I’m now only 54 days from the publication of my debut novel, and THINGS ARE HAPPENING!!! Some of the things are super-duper secret, and I was specifically asked not to talk about them yet. Other things are so wildly amazing that I won’t believe them myself until they actually happen, so I’ll save those for another post.
But here are all the updates I can share with you right now!
1. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY to enter this incredible “Pretty in Pink” giveaway of these FIFTEEN new books! Go, go, go to Instagram right now and sign up! It’s super easy and FREE to enter!
2. I have an audiobook narrator!! A couple weeks ago, I was sent a list of five narrators and asked to rank them in order of preference. As soon as I heard Gilli Messer’s voice, I was like, THAT’S HER! THAT’S MY MAIN CHARACTER! I submitted my rankings, crossed my fingers I’d get my top choice, and received confirmation the next day!! As a frequent listener of audiobooks, this may have been my very favorite part of the publishing process, and I am so flipping excited to hear Gilli’s performance!
3. Speaking of audiobooks, SOULMATCH’s audiobook is currently on sale for only $9.90 on Audible! That’s less than the cost of a credit! The sale goes through Sunday, June 8th (I think).
4. SOULMATCH is currently the Spotlight Book on Netgalley! If you like reading eARCs (e-book advance review copies), go request it. Don’t forget to leave a review after! (Just please keep in mind the eARC was created before proofreading and another three rounds of line edits, so the final version will be MUCH more polished!)
5. You are formally invited to my launch party! The event will be Tuesday, July 29th (pub day) at Fleetwood Farm Winery. This is an all-ages celebration, but there are space limitations, so please RSVP here to help us keep track of numbers. If it’s not raining that evening, we’ll be able to accommodate many more!
6. If you can’t make it to my launch party, not to worry! You still have lots of chances to get a signed copy!
